Here at First Assembly we are committed to worshipping God, prayer, meeting the needs of the people, and preparing our congregation for evangelism of not only Rapid City, but also the world. God is doing some wonderful things in the lives of our people. My prayer is that you will sense the presence of God not only in our services, but also in the lives of the people who call First Assembly their home church.

We would like to think that we are a small church that lots of people attend! Larger churches get that way because people love clear Bible teaching, safe and clean nurseries, great classes, wonderful music, and youth groups and children's ministries that offer real guidance in a world with many choices.

There are many fine churches in this area, and we aren't in competition with any of them. We are what we are: a Spirit-filled, Bible-centered church where Jesus Christ is always lifted up. We love people and exist to meet spiritual needs.

It is sometimes a little scary to visit a church for the first time, but it is worth it. Come visit and then return with your family and friends. After just a few Sundays, you will feel right at home with us. If you have any questions or needs we can pray about, please do not hesitate to contact us.
